♥︎ general | I uphold the highest safety standards and follow the Makeup Artist Sanitation Standard. an extensive background in biomedical sciences, including work in BSL-1 and BSL-2 laboratories, informs my sanitation practices.
♥︎ hygiene | clients are asked to remove makeup and wash the face before an appointment. hand sanitizer and breath mints will be provided.
♥︎ makeup tools | a palette and spatula are utilized to avoid cross-contamination. these tools and makeup brushes are cleansed between each client using soap and water, then sprayed with 70% isopropyl alcohol. disposable tools (e.g., spoolies, lip applicators, makeup remover wipes) are implemented where possible.
♥︎ infection | for the health and wellness of my clientele, I reserve the right to deny service if the patron appears significantly unwell or unhygienic. this custom prevents transmission of infection, protecting the community. in such cases, a full refund will be issued.
♥︎ client responsibility | please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to the appointment. It is the client's responsibility to communicate any changes in skin condition or preferences since the initial booking.
♥︎ process | bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance via Setmore
♥︎ deposit | a 30% deposit is required to secure an appointment and will be applied towards the total cost. the remaining balance is due the day of service.
♥︎ cancellations and rescheduling | cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least one day before an appointment for the deposit to be transferred to another appointment. cancellations and rescheduling made outside this time frame will result in deposit forfeiture.
♥︎ refunds | refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
